This offering includes a SOMA breathwork session followed by a sound journey with energy work.
SOMA breathwork uses pranayama breathing techniques to reduce anxiety and awaken intuition.
The sound journey will include crystal bowls and other instruments to support your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Energy aligned to restoring hope and enhancing inner light will flow throughout the room and surround each participant
