Class will open with a 5 minute meditation preparing your subconscious for cupid's arrow to strike! Visual Channeler, Amanda Marie will then guide you in creating a personal neurographic art piece. The class will wrap up with a tarot card pull and interpretation of your art.

With Phases of Healing

This season is fraught with judgement and self-doubt. Take time to offer some words of encouragement, love, and respect to someone that really needs to hear them... Yourself.

Like a guided meditation, guided affirmations help provide focus and prevent distraction. We will be looking into mirrors and saying positive affirmations to our reflections. Imbue not only yourself, but your new hand mirror with positive energy.
